Veronika: I've been a massage therapist for a little over 5 years. I do swedish, pregnancy and deep tissue massage. I sometimes incorporate myofascial release technique. Being a therapist has made me aware of how important it is to get massages regularly. Although it is used as a stress reducer, it also does wonders for emotional and physical conditions, and should not be thought of only as a luxury. |
